Applications of Ceramic Paper
- High-Temperature Insulation : Used in furnaces, kilns, and other high-temperature processing equipment to provide thermal insulation.
- Gasket and Seal Applications : Used to provide central support to the heater. Usually made of SS 310 or INCOLOY. It is longer than the terminal rods.
- Heat Shields : Used to encompass all the heating elements to form a bundle. Made of Alumina. Usually of flower shape.
- Lining and Wrapping : Used as a lining material for molds in metal casting or as a wrapping material for pipes and ducts to prevent heat loss.
